France – Radio, television, communication, telecommunication and related equipment – Marché de Fourniture et Maintenance de routeurs cellulaires et accessoires HTA/BT

This contract concerns the supply of industrial cellular routers for interconnecting electrical equipment, as well as associated services, including the supply of accessories, material and software maintenance, for Enedis and EDF SA. This contract is part of the renewal of an existing contractual arrangement expiring in 2027, to ensure service continuity and the scaling up of industrial projects carried out by Enedis and EDF in the context of mass deployment of communicating equipment on electrical networks. For Enedis, the contract is part of the HTA/BT Smart programme, aimed at making HTA/BT substations and certain producer delivery points communicable, by means of secure cellular routers, compliant with the technical, regulatory and environmental requirements of the distributor. The router fleet is expected to grow significantly over the duration of the contract, requiring a sustainable, scalable and economically controlled industrial solution. For EDF, the need concerns, in particular, projects related to the interconnection of industrial objects, especially within the framework of the IPS (Interface Producteur Stockeur) project. These routers enable the interconnection of equipment deployed at HTA producers and storage facilities, to strengthen the control of renewable energy production facilities and contribute to the management of supply/demand balance in non-interconnected areas. The contract mainly covers: - the supply of industrial cellular routers compliant with standards applicable to HTA/BT electrical environments; - the supply of associated accessories; - the maintenance of equipment, including material, software maintenance and security updates over the duration of the contract; - the management of the equipment lifecycle, including the control of obsolescence risks.
