Germany – Verification of load-bearing structure design services – VG Prüm - Leistungen des Prüfstatikers für die Kläranlage Watzerath

The Verbandsgemeinde Prüm intends to renovate and expand the Oberes Prümtal wastewater treatment plant in Watzerath. The planning services for the wastewater treatment plant are largely complete, and the tendering of the construction services is pending. The subject of this tender is the services of the expert for structural safety. Object list and cost framework: The objects to be planned, according to the current planning status, are shown in the enclosed site plan. The enclosed object list corresponds to the current planning status. The construction project requires a permit under state water law (§ 62 LwG). However, the contracting authority wishes to involve the expert for structural safety in the planning process at an early stage. Furthermore, delays in processing due to the duration of a tendering procedure for the expert services are to be avoided. Regarding the remuneration agreement: Remuneration according to the inspection regulation is planned. Regarding the implementation schedule of the planning project: The start of construction for the first trades is scheduled for October 2026. A construction period of 3 years is calculated.
