The project is broken down as follows: A plot A1 consisting of 2 buildings A11 and A12. The buildings of plot A1 accommodate 27 social housing units (PSLA). The proposed housing units range from T2 to T5 duplex and all have a balcony or terrace. Some ground-floor units also have private gardens. Building A12 is divided into two volumes connected by walkways and is R+2+Attic. Building A11 is R+1+Attic. The bicycle storage room on the ground floor is located on the property line. Pedestrian access to plot A1 is via the public space by a ramp shared with vehicles. A parking lot with 4 spaces (including one PMR space) is located in the heart of plot A1. A parking lot, shared between plot A1 and plot A2, with 118 spaces is located underground. The entrance to the parking lot is on plot A1, on the border with plot A2. A plot A2 consisting of 3 buildings: buildings A21, A22 and A23. The buildings of plot A2 consist of 30 social housing units. The proposed housing units range from T2 to T5 duplex and all have a balcony or terrace. Some ground-floor units also have private gardens. Building A23 is divided into two volumes connected by walkways and is R+2+Attic. A nursery and two community rooms will be delivered shell and core on the ground floor of building A23. In the context of the present contract, the CONTRACTOR's attention is drawn to the fact that the operation aims for RE2020 labelling for the 2 plots, as well as NF Habitat HQE certification, solely for plot A1.
