Poland – Supervision of building work – Pełnienie nadzoru nad projektowaniem i realizacją robót oraz zarządzanie Kontraktem pn. „Rozbudowa drogi krajowej nr 22 na odcinku Malbork -Królewo”

The subject matter of the contract includes in particular: - overseeing the design, verifying the project documentation, its completeness, mutual consistency, performing control calculations to find any potential errors, - managing, performing investor supervision and controlling the execution of the works until the date of issuance of the Final Payment Certificate, - conducting information activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperating in this regard with the Contracting Authority, including, inter alia, with the Director of the Branch, Project Manager and the communication position in the GDDKiA Branch, - providing the service of investor supervision over the execution of construction works and participating in Warranty Inspections and overseeing the removal of any defects/deficiencies identified in the warranty inspections, within the framework of the Contract concluded, - supporting the Contracting Authority as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, - supervising design works and works within the scope of Additional Tasks, necessary for the execution of the Contract, arising during the execution of the Contract - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law.
