The contract consists mainly of:  Internal renovation work within the town hall and the municipal yard;  Demolition and dismantling work;  Structural adaptations and finishing work on walls, floors and ceilings;  Painting, wall, floor and ceiling finishing;  Adaptations to internal frames, doors, windows and connections;  Supply and installation of custom-made furniture;  Structural provisions for installations;  Mechanical installation work, including drainage, water, sanitation, heating, ventilation and control technology;  Electrical installation work, including power supplies, connection points, cable ducts, lighting, emergency lighting and control provisions;  Communication, security and telecommunication installations for, among other things, workplaces, meeting rooms and AV facilities.
