Denmark – Construction work – 100225 Skybruds- og byrumsprojekt i Mimersgadekvarteret

The Skybruds- og byrumsprojektet is located in the Mimersgadekvarteret district on Nørrebro in Copenhagen. It spans Heimdalsgade, Slejpnersgade, Hamletsgade, Nannasgade and Vulkangade. The construction work primarily takes place on road areas, where consideration must be given to residents, shops, parking and traffic, both motorised and non-motorised. The work will involve:

• Skybrudssikring by establishing roadbeds, cassettes and terraces in the project area. A total of 1,230 m³ of retention volume.

• 1:1 restoration of pavements and roadways on Slejpnersgade and Nannasgade, as well as 1:1 restoration and new cycle path on Hamletsgade.

• Greening of the project area, including planting of approximately 60 trees and establishment of planting in and around roadbeds and terraces.

The contract is offered as one main contractor with two clients, HOFOR Fjernvarme P/S and Klima, Miljø- og Teknikforvaltningen, and therefore two subcontracts. Subcontract 1 relates to KTF's work, while subcontract 2 relates to HOFOR's work.
