The Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH is retendering the caretaking services for its apartment portfolio, currently consisting of approximately 12,000 managed units, as well as a smaller portion of around 1,000 unfurnished apartments. The subject of the services is the ongoing operational support of the apartment buildings, which are predominantly used by employees of the State of Berlin and students, including the successive integration of newly completed new construction projects during the contract period.
