The subject of the framework agreement concerns the onboarding of several external service providers to recover various claims (B2C and B2B) through amicable settlement in relation to 3 types of domains: 1. Customer works, damage cases, wrongly paid premiums and certificates, energy fraud: a. After completion of works, usually at the request of the customer b. Following repair works due to reported damage 2. Energy supplies for social supplier: a. After the customer has been dropped by a commercial supplier and assigned to the network manager Fluvius 3. Energy supplies for the exceptional supplier: a. After the customer has been dropped by a commercial supplier and assigned to the network manager Fluvius due to the incorrect connection/transfer process or data inconsistency. Only the amicable route is in scope, and not the legal route (lawyers) which may possibly follow in the context of the mentioned cases. The contract primarily concerns debtors with main residence in Belgium.
