France – Miscellaneous transport equipment and spare parts – FOURNITURE DE VITRAGES POUR LES TRAMWAYS DE LA REGIE DES TRANSPORTS METROPOLITAINS (4 LOTS)

Lot n°1: Supply of windows and side panels for the ALSTOM (ex BOMBARDIER) "Flexity Outlook" Tramway;

Lot n°2: Supply of windshields and heated windows for the ALSTOM (ex BOMBARDIER) "Flexity Outlook" Tramway;

Lot n°3: Supply of windows and side panels for the ALSTOM "Citadis" Tramway;

Lot n°4: Supply of windshields and heated windows for the ALSTOM "Citadis" Tramway.

For information, the supplies for Lots 1 and 2 concern the Flexity Outlook trams of ALSTOM (ex-BOMBARDIER), while those for Lots 3 and 4 concern the Citadis trams of ALSTOM. The services to be performed are described and carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Particular Conditions Clauses (CCP) common to all lots and its annex specific to each lot, documents attached to this Public Call for Competition (AAPC).

The present public contracts are awarded according to a negotiated procedure, in accordance with Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Code.

These are framework agreements within the meaning of Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. Each framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed by the issuance of purchase orders (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code). Pursuant to Article R2162-4 of the Code, each framework agreement is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over their duration (5 years), namely:

Lot 1: 280,000.00 euros HT;

Lot 2: 280,000.00 euros HT;

Lot 3: 90,000.00 euros HT;

Lot 4: 95,000.00 euros HT.

These are public contracts for supplies that refer to the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public contracts for common supplies and services (CCAG/FCS), approved by the order of 30 March 2021.

The duration of each framework agreement is five years firm, from their date of notification.
