The subject of this public contract, or its individual parts, is the supply of common pheasants (Phasianus colchicus) and Reeves's pheasants (Syrmaticus reevesii) of various ages, as required by the pheasantry (hereinafter collectively referred to as "pheasant game"). The specific number of pheasant game and their age required as part of this contract will always be specified in the tender conditions of each mini-tender.
