The framework agreement is "composite". It comprises a "standard contract" part and a "framework agreement with call-off contracts" part. The detailed phasing of the operation is set out in the tender specifications. The present contract concerns the support of the Doubs Department in defining a cycling infrastructure project as part of a redevelopment initiative for a key road axis through the completion of a design study. This section is part of the Morteau-Montbéliard cycle link and constitutes an autonomous operational section, while contributing to the continuity of the overall route. The contract specifically covers the completion of: - Preliminary Design Studies (AVP); - Detailed Design Studies (PRO); These studies aim to specify the technical characteristics of the infrastructure, define the conditions for its implementation and establish the estimated cost, in line with the guidelines resulting from the feasibility studies previously carried out.
