Germany – Company health services – Rahmenvereinbarung Betriebsärztliche Betreuung

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the State Leadership Academy for Food, Agriculture and Forestry, intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of occupational medical care for employees in accordance with § 3 ASiG, divided into 9 lots (government districts). The framework agreement expires after 2 years. The contract automatically renews for another year each time, up to a total contract duration of four years. The awarding of the contract will only take place after the involvement of the main personnel council (Art. 75 Abs. 4 Nr. 7 BayPVG). This will be presented with the complete offer considered for the award, including the "profile of the occupational physician to be deployed and their deputy" and the submitted evidence. The framework agreement for lots 1, 3-9 will commence on the 1st of the month following the awarding of the contract, but not before 1 October 2026. The framework agreement for lot 2 will commence on the 1st of the month following the awarding of the contract, but not before 1 January 2027.
