Poland – Limestone – Ustanowienie Dynamicznego Systemu Zakupów dotyczącego dostaw sorbentów wapiennych (w kategorii: sorbent MIX) do PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. w latach 2026-2029

The subject of the Contract is the supply of lime sorbents in the MIX sorbent category to the production units of PGE GiEK S.A., as described in the Annex to the Information on the establishment of the DSZ. The Purchaser reserves the right that the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is the Annex to the Information on the establishment of the DSZ, is preliminary in nature, and the requirements specified therein may change. The final requirements of the Purchaser regarding the description of the subject and the rules for the implementation of a given Executive Contract will be specified in the SWZ, transmitted as part of the given Executive Contract. 3. The Purchaser reserves the right to divide the Subject of the Contract into Parts during the Executive Procedures, with the simultaneous determination of the maximum number of Parts that may be awarded to one Contractor.
