Under the maintenance projects for the RATP's heritage infrastructure network, the present contract concerns the supply and delivery of forged parts as detailed in the price schedule, manufacturing deadline (Annex 1). The supplies are for use on the metro, RER and tramway and must meet the RATP UV n°24B and RATP UV n°31 technical specifications. This consultation will lead to the award of a single-supplier framework agreement with minimum and maximum amounts. The services and supplies included in the minimum amount are as follows: - Supply, in-house control and delivery as detailed in the price schedule - Manufacturing controls and tests with production of control and compliance documents - Temporary storage by the Contractor of the supplies after factory acceptance and before delivery to site - Packaging and packing - Loading with identification of lifting points and transport - Delivery, in a minimum number of items, to RATP sites - Provision of documentation necessary for their final acceptance on RATP site - Guarantee of supplies The services and supplies included in the maximum amount are as follows: - Supply, in-house control and delivery as detailed in the price schedule - Manufacturing controls and tests with production of control and compliance documents - Temporary storage by the Contractor of the supplies after factory acceptance and before delivery to site - Packaging and packing - Loading with identification of lifting points and transport - Delivery, in a minimum number of items, to RATP sites - Provision of documentation necessary for their final acceptance on RATP site - Guarantee of supplies - Additional services (on quotation) RATP reserves the right to have similar services carried out by the Contractor under the conditions set out in Article R2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code. It should be noted that the required turnover must represent twice the maximum annual amount allocated.
