France – Waste and rubbish containers and bins – Acquisition de bacs pour la collecte des déchets ménagers du SMICVAL

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The present tender has as its object the acquisition, via purchase orders, of waste bins used in the context of the collection of residual household waste (OMR. OMR = Ordures Ménagères Résiduelles), recyclables (PS = Propres et Secs) and fermentable waste in mechanized door-to-door collection. The aim is to ensure a collection service in compliance with the applicable regulation, secure for the agents, sustainable and adapted to the constraints of the territory. SMICVAL must ensure the renewal of the containers and equip new arrivals.
