Belgium – Water installations – Location , installation et maintenance de fontaines raccordée au réseau d'eau potable

The present contract concerns the provision of water fountains under a lease contract intended to equip the various sites and clinics of the contracting authorities. In this context, the contractor ensures all the services necessary for the operation of the equipment throughout the duration of the contract. The contract includes, in particular: • The supply and provision of the equipment; • Installation and commissioning; • Preventive and corrective maintenance; • Replacement of filters and other consumables necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment; • Disinfection, decontamination and sanitation operations; • Repairs necessary to keep the equipment in perfect working order; • Collection and removal of water fountains at the end of the contract. The equipment may be installed, moved, replaced or removed within the various sites and clinics of the contracting authorities according to the evolution of needs during the duration of the contract. The contract aims to guarantee the contracting authorities continuous provision of water fountains in perfect working order, without any initial investment in the acquisition of the equipment. The estimated annual value of the contract is 138,000 € VAT excluded.
