The subject of the contract is the supply of a computing server intended for bioinformatics analyses, along with installation, acceptance tests, and software, referred to hereafter as the "equipment". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. Contract codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 48820000-2. 4. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of partial offers. The contract forms an indivisible whole. Adjusted for SMEs. 5. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of alternative offers. 6. The contracting authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the pzp Act. 7. In cases where the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and technical reference systems, the contracting authority allows for the use of equivalent solutions to those described. NOTICE: INFORMATION REGARDING THE CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE: 1. Contractors who are not excluded from the procedure and meet the following condition for participation in the procedure regarding professional capacity may apply for the contract: the contractor meets the condition if they demonstrate that they have properly completed, in the last three years before the deadline for tender submission, or if the period of business operation is shorter - in this period – at least two deliveries of servers or computing infrastructure each with a minimum net value of 100,000 (one hundred thousand, 00/100) PLN. 2. In the case of contractors jointly applying for the contract, the condition referred to above in paragraph 1 of this SWZ will be met only if at least one of the contractors meets the condition independently. 3. Due to the lack of binding executive provisions regarding the determination of capacity levels pursuant to the Act of 5 August 2025 on the certification of public procurement contractors (Journal of Laws 2025 item 1235), the contracting authority, until the entry into force of the executive provisions determining the capacity levels, does not specify the conditions for participation in the procedure with the application of capacity levels. 8.4.2022, p. 1). 4. To confirm the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure: list of deliveries - Annex No. 7 to the SWZ - completed, and in the case of recurring or continuous services, also completed, in the last 3 years before the deadline for tender submission, or if the period of business operation is shorter - in this period, together with the indication of their value, subject, date of completion and entities, for which these deliveries were or are being made, as well as the attachment of evidence specifying whether these deliveries were or are being made properly, where the evidence referred to are references or other documents issued by the entity, for which the deliveries were or are being made, and in the case of recurring or continuous services, are being made, and if the contractor, for reasons independent of them, is unable to obtain these documents – a declaration by the contractor. In the case of recurring or continuous services still being made, references or other documents confirming their proper execution should be issued in the last 3 months. NOTICE: INFORMATION REGARDING THE SUBJECT OF PROOF: (numbering identical to SWZ): 6. Together with the offer, the contractor must submit the following subject of proof: 1) a technical description of the offered equipment and its components, i.e., a technical description or manufacturer's catalogue, which will allow for the assessment of the conformity of the offered equipment and its components with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ). The contracting authority allows a technical description or catalogue in English, without translation into Polish; In the submitted documents, it is required to provide the name of the manufacturer and the model, as well as the symbol of the offered server and its components. 7. If the contractor does not submit the subject of proof referred to above in paragraph 6 or the submitted subject of proof is incomplete, the contracting authority will request their submission or completion within the specified deadline.
