FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, INTEGRATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT FOR ALL PREMISES AND DIFFERENT SITES OF UCLouvain. Given the specificity of the market, mandatory site visits are scheduled. The conditions for participation are mentioned in the tender documents. Any tender submitted by a bidder who has not participated in one of the mandatory site visits will be declared irregular and rejected from the procedure. The dates of the visits are 23/07/2026 and 28/07/2026. They start at UCLouvain Louvain-la-Neuve at 8:00, 11:15 UCLouvain Woluwe, 13:30 UCLouvain Saint-Louis and 15:30 UCLouvain Mons.
