France – Construction work – Marché Global de Performance portant sur la Création d’un pôle administratif régional sur le site de la caserne VAILLANT à Dijon

This tender procedure concerns the award of a performance-based contract (MGP) within a competitive dialogue for the renovation of the Vaillant Barracks and the construction of a RIA. In accordance with the applicable provisions, the MGP will combine design, construction, operation and maintenance services to meet the energy performance, certification and service quality objectives.
