Germany – Construction work for commercial buildings, warehouses and industrial buildings, buildings relating to transport – Planungs- und Bauleistungen zur Errichtung eines Multifunktionsgebäudes für die Stadtwerke Hanau GmbH

At the site of Stadtwerke Hanau GmbH (Leipziger Straße 17, 63450 Hanau), there was a gasworks for nearly 100 years (1848-1945), which was taken over by the city of Hanau in 1871 and destroyed during World War II. Since then, the site has housed, among other things, the headquarters of Stadtwerke Hanau GmbH, as well as parking lots, storage buildings, and other ancillary facilities. The client's objective is to construct an industrial multifunctional building on part of the site for storing large and small parts needed to fulfill the supply tasks of Stadtwerke Hanau GmbH and its subsidiary Hanau Netz GmbH. The multifunctional building should also feature extensions for offices and restrooms, sanitary facilities, vehicle storage, a workshop, and a control center for Hanau Netz GmbH. In a first step, the necessary services for earthworks and foundation construction have already been awarded, so that in this second step, subject to the procedure, the construction services for the erection of the multifunctional building including extensions will be awarded. The subject of the tendering procedure are the necessary planning and construction services for the erection of an industrially used multifunctional building with offices and restrooms, sanitary facilities, a workshop, and a control center for Stadtwerke Hanau GmbH. The planning services include the basic services and special services in the service profiles building and interiors in the service phases 5 to 9 according to § 34 Abs. 4 in conjunction with Annex 10.1 HOAI 2021, structural design in the service phases 3 and 5 to 9 according to § 51 Abs. 5 in conjunction with Annex 14.1 HOAI 2021 and technical equipment of the plant groups from § 53 Abs. 2 No. 1 to 4 and No. 6 to 8, § 55 Abs. 3 in conjunction with Annex 15.1 HOAI 2021. With the tendering procedure, a competent and efficient (suitable) contractor is to be selected who provides the planning and construction services subject to the procedure economically, properly and on schedule. The contracting authority points out that the award of the contract is subject to the reservation of the issuance of a building permit already applied for for the construction of the multifunctional building.
