Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC

The European Commission has published a Notice of the publication of the 2023 Annual Report on the implementation of Directive 2014/24/EU in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) on 12.12.2023.

The report presents the results of the monitoring of the implementation of Directive 2014/24/EU, including the analysis of the data collected from the Member States on the application of the Directive.
