This contract concerns IT services for project management, functional design and software qualification, on the Cipav core business information system, excluding software packages and the Bonita scope. Generally, this tender covers the "in-house" applications of the information system, both front office (Cipav internet) and back-office (TOSCA (service management), GDP (Person Management), AXIAL (Social Action and Dissatisfaction, DRIVE (Buybacks and VCPR), etc.). The software qualification scope also includes the inter-regime scope (M@rel, RGCU, etc.). The contract covers: - The MCO of the Core Business Information System (corrective, evolutionary, preventive and adaptive maintenance) and data recovery/consolidation. - Projects on this core business information system.
