1. The subject of the contract is the Supply, implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System at the Marshal's Office of the Podlaskie Voivodeship in Białystok. 2. The detailed description and the manner of performing the contract are contained in the Subject of the Contract Description (OPZ), which is Annex 1 and 1a to the SWZ, the draft contractual provisions which are Annex 2 to the SWZ, and the template contract for the entrustment of personal data processing, which is Annex 2.1 to the SWZ.
