New construction of the Institute of Geography and Geology and the Seminar and Media Centre (SMZ) for the University of Greifswald; 2-part building complex with high demands on functionality, cost-effectiveness, design, energy efficiency, sustainability; approved net usable floor area 1-6 = 7,792 sqm (4,953 sqm institute building + 2,839 sqm SMZ); location: Felix-Hausdorff-Str., Campus B.-Beitz-Platz, north-eastern area, between the library and the computer centre; services for Technical Monitoring (TMon), performance stages 1 (LPH 3), optional performance stages 2-5 (LPH 5-9); specific service obligations and further special services according to the attached tender documents; contract value: 75,951,000 EUR gross (KG 300 approx. 41,874,000 EUR, KG 400 approx. 28,539,000 EUR, KG 500 approx. 3,509,000 EUR); implementation in the EFRE funding period 2021 - 2027 is targeted; application of BNB certification with BNB Silver Standard (at least 65% degree of fulfilment) is to be ensured.
