Provision, implementation and operation of a cloud-based, SaaS-based, data-centric security platform (DSP) for the analysis, monitoring and protection of data and access permissions in a hybrid IT environment (On-Premises and Cloud) of Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG including affiliated companies. The purpose of the procurement is to create transparency regarding data stocks, access permissions and security-relevant activities, as well as to support measures to increase information security and to comply with regulatory requirements in the KRITIS environment. The service includes, in addition to the provision of the platform, supporting services for the analysis, evaluation and prioritization of security-relevant events, as well as the derivation of appropriate measures. All data processing is carried out exclusively within the scope of the EU GDPR. A seamless transition from an existing production-like operation must be ensured.
