The subject of the contract are construction works with design elements for the Investment, carried out as part of the task entitled “Design and construction of the high-speed railway line no. 85 from the Kotowice area (including the Kotowice PU) to the CPK junction (without the CPK junction)” as part of the implementation of the Related Investment “Construction of railway line no. 85 on the section Warsaw West – CPK – Łódź Niciarniana (without the section within the CPK railway junction)”. The detailed subject of the contract has been described in the Description of Needs and Requirements.
