This contract concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for the implementation of asbestos, lead and property diagnostics by an accredited organisation. The details of the missions are as follows: - Asbestos Survey List A and B and Asbestos Technical File (DTA), - Asbestos Survey Before Works or Demolition, - Sampling of materials for analysis in an accredited laboratory, - Post-Work Control/Visual Inspection, - Dust Measurement, - Pre-Sale Diagnostic - RADON Missions - Lead Survey Before Works. The objectives of these services are: - To ensure the mandatory compliance of buildings and structures with regulations, - To be able to justify this to official bodies (prefectures, labour inspection, CARSAT...), - To comply with the owner's obligations, - To assess and prevent risks to the safety and health of occupants, - To protect interveners in their work environment. These diagnostics are carried out for buildings, metal structures, civil engineering works, pipelines, networks, service stations, road coatings and industrial equipment.
