The subject of the contract is the provision of burial and exhumation services for deceased persons at the Municipal Cemetery of «Resurrection of the Lord» and «Malakopi» of the Municipality of Thessaloniki for two (2) years. According to its operating regulations and the relevant legislation (A.N. 582/1968), Municipalities are obligated to provide space for the burial of residents and non-residents and any deceased person within their jurisdiction.
