Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2026-03

The statutory health insurers (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot depends on the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with Section 130a, paragraph 8 of the German Social Code (SGB V) with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations, or dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are - unless the contract provides otherwise - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner in accordance with the framework agreement on the supply of medicinal products in accordance with Section 129, paragraph 2 of the German Social Code (SGB V). The contract is concluded within the framework of the open-house procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurers do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.04.2026 (any deviations in start times result from the information provided for the respective lot). The contract ends at the latest on 31.03.2028 (any exceptions result from the information provided for the respective lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion.
