Traficom's online services are a key channel for communication, advice, and information for citizens, businesses, and other stakeholders. The online services publish up-to-date information, guidelines, decisions, and services. The aim of the procurement is to support the continuous development, monitoring, and quality assurance of Traficom's online services. With the procured services, Traficom can monitor the use of online services, user feedback, accessibility, and quality, as well as develop online services based on data. The subject of the procurement is the web service quality and feedback tool software service for the Buyer's use. The software service consists of three modules: module 1 accessibility, module 2 visitor feedback, and module 3 analytics. The modules can be taken into use and removed from use flexibly according to needs during the contract period. The contract is valid for a fixed term of five (5) years from the date of signing. The Buyer has the right to extend the contract for two (2) one (1) year options. The Buyer shall notify the Supplier of the use of the option no later than three (3) months before the end of the original contract period or the first option period. The use of the option is at the Buyer's sole discretion.
