Bulgaria – Printing and related services – „Отпечатване на материали за нуждите на Ректората и звената на Медицински университет – София по 5 обособени позиции”

Printing of materials for the needs of the Rectorate and the units of the Medical University – Sofia, divided into 5 separate lots, as described in the Technical Specification (Annex No. 1) of the public procurement documentation. The present public procurement, for separate lots No. 3 and No. 4, represents a "reserved public procurement" in accordance with the regulation of Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, whose subject is included in the List of Goods and Services, in accordance with the General Terminological Dictionary, which are intended to be awarded to specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities, or to economic entities, whose main goal is the social and professional integration of persons with disabilities or persons in an unequal position, approved by Decision No. 591 of 18.07.2016 of the Council of Ministers. The procurement for separate lots No. 3 and No. 4 is intended to be awarded to specialized enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities, in the sense of § 2, item 46 of the Implementing Regulation of the Public Procurement Act, or to economic entities, whose main goal is the social and professional integration of persons with disabilities or persons in an unequal position, in the sense of § 2, item 62 of the Implementing Regulation of the Public Procurement Act. Annex No. 1 – Technical Specification does not contain requirements directing towards a specific manufacturer or supplier, nor a trade mark, patent, or origin, characterizing the items. In case the Contracting Authority specifies in the Technical Specification standards, models, sources, processes, trade marks, patents, types, origin or manufacture, it should be borne in mind "and/or equivalent". The public procurement is divided into 5 separate lots, with the specified necessary characteristics of the items, in accordance with the Technical Specification – Annex No. 1 of the Public Procurement Documentation, as follows: Separate Lot No. 1 "Printing of forms, certificates, forms and others". Separate Lot No. 2 "Printing of collections, textbooks, magazines and newspapers". Separate Lot No. 3 "Calendars, notebooks and receipt books". Separate Lot No. 4 "Advertising printed materials". Separate Lot No. 5 "Printing of materials under project with contract No. 150/01.06.2026, funded by the Medical University – Sofia, with the head of the project Assoc. Prof. Doroetea Shtereva-Tsuni, MD". Participants submit a full offer for the respective separate lot for which they participate. Participants may submit an offer for one, several, or all separate lots.
