The Verbandsgemeinde Vallendar intends to create a new fire station by renovating an existing commercial hall and wishes to outsource the associated planning services. The existing building was originally used as a commercial hall and is to be functionally, technically and aesthetically renovated into a modern fire station, making extensive use of the existing building fabric. The aim is to provide the fire department with a needs-based facility, including a vehicle hall, wash hall, workshops, storage areas, training room, as well as social, changing and sanitary facilities, in accordance with the relevant planning and funding guidelines for fire stations.
