The district of Donau-Ries plans the comprehensive renovation of the Abt-Ulrich-Schule in Kaisheim. During the construction phase, an interim solution will be necessary. The subject of the contract is the phased commissioning of architectural services in the field of building design and interior spaces in accordance with § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1 in phases 1-9, as well as the special services "Supervision of defect rectification within the limitation period" and "Development and creation of special building regulatory evidence for preventive and organisational fire protection in the case of special types of buildings and use, existing buildings or in the event of deviations from the building regulations (in particular information according to § 11 para. 2 BauVorlV on the basic services of creating the evidence for preventive fire protection in accordance with § 11 para. 1 BauVorlV according to No. 4.1 ZVB)."
