In the context of the maintenance and extension projects of the RATP's heritage infrastructure, the present contract concerns the supply and delivery of domestic and industrial cables as detailed in the price schedule, manufacturing deadline (Annex 1). This consultation will result in the awarding of a single-supplier framework agreement with a maximum amount. The services and supplies included in the maximum amount are as follows: - Supply and delivery as detailed in the price schedule - Manufacturing controls and tests with production of control and conformity documents - Temporary storage by the Contractor of the supplies before delivery to site - Packaging and packing - Loading with identification of lifting points and transport - Delivery, in a minimum number of items, to RATP sites - Supply of documentation necessary for their final reception on site RATP - Guarantee of the supplies - Additional services (on quotation) RATP reserves the right to have similar services carried out by the Contractor under the conditions set out in Article R2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code. It should be noted that the required turnover must represent one and a half times the maximum annual amount awarded.
