Belgium – Electrical apparatus for switching or protecting electrical circuits – RTU High End

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of the Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) necessary for the operation of the transformer stations and switchyards. The RTUs must communicate via the protocols IEC 60870-5-104 and IEC 61850 MMS. The tender specifications relate to the (technical) specifications for high-end RTUs, power supply and input/output modules, a central device management platform, software licenses and configuration software for the RTUs. Out of scope are the installation, materials, and mid- and low-end RTUs. This tender will opt for Single Sourcing.
