Germany – Road transport services – Zentrales Speisenverteilzentrum am Standort Klinikum Bremen Ost Gesundheit Nord gGmbH: Speisentransporte

As part of the renovation and restructuring process, a central food distribution centre (FDC) will be established in the existing kitchen of Klinikum Bremen Ost (KBO) for the hospital group. The completion of the food distribution centre is scheduled for the end of 2026. The move into the food distribution centre will take place in the first quarter of 2027. The required transport services for food distribution to the other locations will be awarded to an external logistics service provider and thus constitute the subject of the tender. The food to be transported will be provided by the contracting authority (Gesundheit Nord gGmbH) in suitable food transport trolleys. The supply of the hospitals: Klinikum Bremen Mitte (KBM), Klinikum Links der Weser (KLDW) and Klinikum Bremen Nord (KBN) will be carried out daily (Monday to Sunday) by the food distribution centre at Klinikum Bremen Ost (KBO) with breakfast, lunch and dinner and will also include the return transport in the same food transport trolleys. The total transport volume is approximately 68 food transport trolleys (planned values) per meal.
