Czechia – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – KLIENTSKÁ ČÁST EVROPSKÉ PENĚŽENKY DIGITÁLNÍ IDENTITY (EUDIW)

The subject of this public contract ("public contract" or "concession") is the supplier's obligation to ensure comprehensive organisational, hardware and software equipment necessary for providing the client part of the European digital identity wallet ("EUDIW") in accordance with Article 5a(2) of the eIDAS Regulation in the Czech Republic and to provide it on its own account and responsibility as a service to citizens and residents of the Czech Republic. The provider will be required to ensure that users have the option to obtain and activate the EUDIW ("onboarding") as well as to terminate and deactivate the user ("offboarding") under the conditions and in the manner defined in this tender procedure. When ensuring and providing the client part of the EUDIW, the supplier will be required to act in accordance with the relevant generally binding legislative acts and their possible changes.
