The subject of the contract to be awarded is the provision of services for the development of the site for the planned deployment training centre of the Generalzolldirektion in Griesheim, as well as the adjacent southern sales area as a combined measure, which is divided into two cost centres of the contracting authority. The tender includes the gutting and decontamination, the selective demolition of the building, the de-sealing of adjacent open spaces, the removal of underground supply lines, the proper disposal of the resulting materials, and the associated earthworks, as well as the subsequent creation of a handover level within the construction site of the future ETZ. The aforementioned services are specified in more detail in the procurement documents, in particular in the service description (Annex C 2). The contract is to be executed in several phases within the performance period from 14.09.2026 to 29.10.2027.
