France – Masonry work – Travaux de maçonnerie, gros oeuvre, carrelage et faïence concernant le patrimoine du Département de la Sarthe - Lots 1 à 3

The services will be the subject of a single-award framework agreement and two multi-award framework agreements with no minimum but with a maximum, executed by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with the definitions of Articles R2162-2, R2162-3, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximums are set at 400 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive per period for Lot 1, which will be single-award. The maximum for Lots 2 and 3 is set at 1 000 000 euro(s) VAT-exclusive per period and per lot, which will be multi-award. The Department of Sarthe, in a bid to promote employment and combat exclusion, has decided to apply the provisions of Articles L. 2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code by including in the tender documents for this contract an obligatory clause for the promotion of employment. The company that is awarded the lot(s) must carry out an insertion action that enables access to or return to employment for people facing particular social or professional difficulties.
