DGASPC Galați considers it legal, appropriate, and necessary to initiate a new open tender procedure for the procurement of food products, in order to cover the remaining needs until the end of 2026, as a result of the increase in the daily food ration approved by Government Decision no. 6/2026. The procurement is imperative to ensure the continuity of social services and to guarantee the supply of food to institutionalized children, adults, and elderly people, in accordance with the minimum cost standards and the requirements for ensuring nutritionally adequate food. Through this procurement procedure, it is intended to conclude Food Supply Contracts for the functional structures within DGASPC Galați as follows:

- For LOT 1. ANIMAL ORIGIN PRODUCTS, MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS, FISH PREPARATIONS AND FISH CONSERVES: 3 months, namely 01.10.2026-31.12.2026.

- For LOT 2. DAIRY PRODUCTS: 2 months, namely 01.11.2026-31.12.2026

- For LOT 3. TRANSFORMED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES: 2 months, namely 01.11.2026-31.12.2026

- For LOT 4. CEREALS, POTATOES, VEGETABLES AND FRUITS WITH PEEL: 2 months, namely 01.11.2026-31.12.2026

- For LOT 6. VARIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS: 2 months, namely 01.11.2026-31.12.2026

Main delivery location: The seats of the Placement Centers, Family-type Homes, and Care and Assistance Centers mentioned in the Terms of Reference. Economic operators participating in the public procurement procedure will submit bids for one or more lots. The financial offer will be drawn up with the unit price of each product from the Terms of Reference for the quantities requested. The price remains fixed for the entire duration of the contract. The contract award criterion is: the best quality-price ratio. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested regarding the award documentation before the deadline for submitting bids – 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarifications or additional information received from interested operators by the 11th day before the deadline for submitting bids, in accordance with Article 161 of Law no. 98/2016, and Article 173 of Law no. 99/2016. The deadlines for submitting clarification requests and for transmitting the contracting authority's response have been calculated so that economic operators benefit from the 10 days provided for in Article 161 of Law no. 98/2016, and Article 173 of Law no. 99/2016. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro/pub). The estimated value of the contracts is as follows:

LOT 2. DAIRY PRODUCTS=104,591.85 lei excl. VAT

LOT 3. TRANSFORMED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES=75,183.22 lei excl. VAT

LOT 4. CEREALS, POTATOES, VEGETABLES AND FRUITS WITH PEEL=131,297.60 lei excl. VAT

LOT 6. VARIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS=118,874.48 lei excl. VAT
