The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to clarification requests or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any clarification request submitted after the mentioned date will put AC in a position to not be able to provide a response and, as a result, it will be considered LATE. Any clarification request must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
