The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the area of the Gmina Leśna Podlaska. The scope of the contract includes the collection, transport and disposal (in accordance with the waste hierarchy) of municipal waste in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of municipal waste preparation and recycling and the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for disposal, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), and currently applicable executive acts to the above act, the provisions of the "Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodeship 2022", adopted by the resolution of the Lublin Voivodeship Council, No. XXIV/349/2016 of 2 December 2016 on the adoption of the "Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodeship 2022" and the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of Gmina Leśna Podlaska, in force during the contract period, and in particular: 1) collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste regardless of weather conditions from any location on inhabited properties located in the Gmina Leśna Podlaska; 2) collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste indicated by the Contracting Authority and delivered by the residents of Gmina Leśna Podlaska to the Selective Waste Collection Point (hereinafter PSZOK) on the day of its opening. 3) supplying properties with bags for waste collection; 4) collection and disposal of waste from illegal dumps (in case of need); 4.5. Detailed data characterizing the contract 4.5.1. Area of the municipality – 97.69 km2 4.5.2. The number of properties covered by the contract is 1171, including 8 multi-family and multi-unit buildings. The number of properties may change during the contract period, which does not affect the amount of the Contractor's remuneration. 4.5.3. The estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported and disposed of over 12 months is approximately 833.51 Mg. Lp. The set amounts are estimated and may change according to the actual needs of the Contracting Authority and the amount of waste generated by producers, including as a result of natural population migrations, the commissioning of residential buildings and the commencement of operations by companies. As a result, the amount of waste, the number of inhabited and uninhabited properties may increase or decrease. In the event of an increase in the number of properties covered by the collection, the Contractor shall be obliged to collect municipal waste from these properties in accordance with the applicable collection schedule. In such cases, the contractor is not entitled to additional remuneration or claims for increased costs of contract performance. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Section 4 of the SWZ. The projected provisions of the contract are contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
