France – Engineering support services – B25-04549-CL - Assistance à la conduite de projet et travaux pour le site de Moronvilliers

The subject of this service is to provide technical assistance for the management of a framework agreement concerning sanitation and dismantling works, and multi-service and multi-technical services managed by the SIENID of Moronvilliers. To assist in the management of the proper execution of this framework agreement, the CEA is organizing this consultation for the management of projects and works for the Moronvilliers site. The missions are defined by firm services and 3 optional missions:

- Post 1: Development of the documentary structure and management of the service (this task encompasses all the missions that are transversal to the service: it involves producing the documentary structure of the project, ensuring the coordination of the various missions of the contract with each other and carrying out the management of the service),

- Post 2: Technical secretariat (in terms of communication and management of documentary flows),

- Post 3: Assistance to the Project Manager (the framework agreement and the contracts concerned by this assistance contract are contracts that will mobilize around forty people in execution),

- Post 4: Assistance with the drafting of specifications (compilation of input data, participation in technical meetings, participation in the drafting of the specifications, carrying out a technical and financial analysis),

- Option 1: Outgoing reversibility,

- Option 2: Extension of Posts 1 to 4 for an additional year (at the end of the firm part) in case of lifting,

- Option 3: Extension of Posts 1 to 4 for an additional year (at the end of Option 2) in case of lifting.

The duration of this contract is a maximum of 60 months from the date of the kick-off meeting, broken down into a firm duration of 36 months and two optional durations of 12 additional months each.
