France – Casino operating services – Délégation de service public pour la gestion et l’exploitation du Casino de ROSCOFF

By resolution of 02 July 2026 DEL_2026_109 Principle of public service delegation for the operation of games and ancillary activities of the Roscoff casino, the Municipal Council approved the principle of recourse to a public service delegation for the management and operation of the Roscoff Casino. The current operation of the casino is entrusted to the company ROSCOFF LOISIRS SAS, within the framework of a public service delegation contract, for a period of 15 years from 4 August 2011, expiring on 4 August 2026. The municipality must therefore organise a new procedure for publicity and competition to select the new delegate. This consultation thus concerns a public service delegation, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 and following and R. 1411-1 and following of the General Code of Local Authorities, as well as to Article L. 1121-3 and to the third part of the Public Procurement Code, having as its object the operation of the Roscoff Casino.
