France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Marché d'entretien et de maintenance des équipements incendie et des installations SSI du patrimoine de la SOGIMA, comportant un accord-cadre à bon de commande sans minimum et avec un maximum de 600 000 euros HT pour la durée totale du marché.

The specifications of the present contract concern: - Annual preventive (systematic and conditional) and corrective maintenance, - The supply of all small parts (excluding malicious damage and vandalism) and consumables, - The regulatory checks (excluding regulatory visits to be carried out by an accredited body) of the safety devices equipping the buildings of the SOGIMA defined in Annex 2 of the C.C.T.P, - The work of replacing the equipment.

The equipment concerned is as follows: - Fire extinguishers - Wet Riser (RIA) - Dry Riser (CS) - Natural or mechanical smoke extraction systems - Sand boxes and other associated equipment - Control, signalling and information equipment (display and fire safety plans), and in accordance with the applicable regulations (notably the decree of 31 January 1986) - Fire Hydrants (PI) and shut-off valves - SSI, CMSI and/or all ancillary and slave equipment (manual triggers, sound and light diffusers, autonomous detectors, rearming organs, batteries and power supplies...) - Autonomous Safety Lighting Units (BAES) and Housing (BAEH) with their slave equipment - Fire doors and door closers with all slave equipment - Fixed gas extinguishing systems.
