Slovakia – Repair, maintenance and associated services of vehicles and related equipment – Servis podvozkov nákladných motorových vozidiel továrenskej značky MITSUBISHI

The subject of the contract is the repair and maintenance of vehicles of the MITSUBISHI brand in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 on the application of Article 101(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to the category of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector, and that by a professionally qualified repairer who has the technical, professional, diagnostic and material equipment necessary to properly provide the required maintenance services for the relevant type of vehicle without replacement or with replacement of spare parts (original spare parts or spare parts approved by the contracting authority) for motor vehicles with a maximum permissible total weight of more than 3500 kg in categories N1, N2, N3, their service (warranty and post-warranty), in the sense of vehicle categorization according to Act No. 106/2018 Coll. on the operation of vehicles in road traffic and on the amendment and supplement of certain laws in the wording of later regulations (hereinafter "maintenance services"). The maintenance services mainly concern the maintenance activities prescribed by the manufacturer, the replacement and maintenance of regularly worn parts, the preparation of the vehicle fleet for a technical inspection with the aim of successfully passing the technical and emission inspection. The subject of the contract is defined in detail in Annex No. 1 to the Framework Agreement for the Supply of Goods in Section B.2 Commercial Conditions for the Supply of the Subject of the Contract.
