Germany – Construction-site supervision services – Bauüberwachung DSZ Lüneburg

At the Maschen site in the municipality of Seevetal, a new technical site (TSO) is being created to accommodate railway technical installations and the associated infrastructure. The two-storey building will be constructed with technical building equipment, a 50-Hz supply, and external facilities including access roads, areas for coolers and mobile backup power units, as well as a safety fence with access control. The construction supervision services will be divided into two lots:

Lot 1 – Construction supervision according to VV BAU: This lot includes the supervision of the construction works, including structural and interior works, technical building equipment, 50-Hz systems within the building, as well as the associated external facilities. The construction supervision ensures that the works are carried out and documented in accordance with the contractual, technical and official requirements.

Lot 2 – Construction supervision according to VV BAU-STE (E-Technik): This lot includes the supervision of the railway technical equipment, particularly in the 50 Hz and overhead line system areas. This includes accompanying the installation and commissioning of the systems, as well as controlling the electrical connection of the railway-specific systems. The works are carried out in close coordination with the construction supervision according to VV BAU to ensure an orderly construction process and consistent interface coordination. The safety supervision of the OLA-related works is also part of Lot 2.
