France – Survey services – Evaluation du PITer+ PARCOURS+

The consultation concerns the evaluation of the PITer+ PARCOURS+. The contractor will be responsible for evaluating the PITer+ PARCOURS+ at mid-term and at the end of the programming period, as well as for providing a strategy for capitalising on the results. The expected evaluations have the following objectives: 1. to evaluate the relevance of the strategy to determine whether the PITer meets the initial expectations of the partners; 2. to measure the coherence of the actions implemented within each project with the needs and objectives identified in the transnational cooperation strategy of the PITer+ PARCOURS+ submitted in 2024; 3. to evaluate the results of the activities carried out by the 4 simple projects; 4. to measure the complementarity of the simple projects with each other; 5. to analyse the impacts (in terms of communication, governance, economy, etc.) of the PARCOURS+ on the target audiences (how, how many, etc.); 6. to analyse the successes of the PITer+ PARCOURS+ and the areas for improvement, and to formulate recommendations to enable partners to prepare for the next European programming period; 7. to produce recommendations in terms of capitalisation tools, valorisation activities and best practices, and to set up performance indicators and dissemination of PARCOURS+ activities.
