Germany – Electric buses – Beschaffung von bis zu 2 Niederflursolobussen mit Elektroantrieb

The contracting authority intends to procure up to 2 low-floor solo electric buses (electric buses) for the electrification of the bus fleet. The technical requirements and further service specifications can be found in Annex 6. The electric buses are to be used in public local transport. The final planning of whether electric buses are needed, how many electric buses are needed, and in which traffic they are to be used, could not be completed to date. Due to grant-related deadlines, the final planning could not be awaited. Therefore, the contracting authority is tendering a framework agreement for the electric buses (see Annex 8 § 2). The contracting authority will, depending on demand, call off 0 to a maximum of 2 vehicles from the framework agreement. The contracting authority has no obligation to accept the vehicles from the framework agreement. The latest delivery date for the vehicles is 31.10.2028. The earliest date is 1.12.2027. The contractor will agree the exact delivery date of the vehicles within this time frame with the contracting authority.
