France – Demolition work – TRAVAUX DE DECONSTRUCTION DES ECOLES E.TRIOLET ET L.ST.JUST ET DE DEPOLLUTION DU SITE - QUARTIER DE LA PISCINE A PETIT-QUEVILLY

The City of Petit-Quevilly has embarked on an urban renovation programme for the Piscine district, formerly the NOBEL-BOZEL district in Petit-Quevilly. This ambitious project has been selected as part of the New National Urban Renewal Programme. An urban study has been carried out to define the principles of development and the actions to be taken to undertake a major renovation and restructuring of the district. The project therefore includes operations for demolition, renovation, construction (housing and public facilities) and road improvements. As part of this, housing towers located in the Triolet / Saint Just sector to the south of the Piscine district have been demolished by the social landlord SEINE HABITAT. The present consultation concerns the deconstruction of Triolet and St Just schools and the depollution of the sites of the schools and SEINE HABITAT.
